Wonderful
The room and the bathroom were modern and nice. Check-in was easy.
We did not feel safe outside the hotel. No hot shower, but I think this is common in Neiva.

Loved the hotel, staff, and location
Comfortable and clean and you can walk to anything you need and close to the park and center and all. Or a taxi is always there. The breakfast was excellent, choice of eggs with fruit toast arepa coffee and juice.
It was a little warm for me in the room with the AC not getting very cold, but they gave me a fan and that worked out fine the next three days, but I'm a gringo from Alaska.
